Description

Reports show that a dangerous woman by the name of Sally Choi is causing arsons across the city. Near the neighbourhood of Whiting Way, Philip Zhang reported that a nearby apartement was set on fire, followed by a Korean Restaurant a few days later. It was completely disintegrated, and damage costs estimated in the millions of dollars. It is also rumoured that Sally participated in the Stanley Cup Riots last year, where she cause more mayhem and troubles.
